Ian D. Lucas Mr. Lucas was admitted to the Indiana bar in 2008 and is admitted to practice in the U.S. District Court, Northern and Southern Districts of Indiana. Mr. Lucas is a graduate of Indiana University where he received a B.S. degree in Chemistry. He received his J.D. from Valparaiso University School of Law, Cum Laude, in 2008. While attending law school, Mr. Lucas was a student clerk at the U.S. District Court in Hammond for the Honorable Rudolpho (Rudy) Lozano.
