MICHAEL D. SEARS Mr. Sears is a lifelong resident of Lake County, Indiana and a 1981 graduate of Indiana University where he received a B.S., with distinction, from the School of Business. He is a 1984 graduate of Valparaiso University School of Law. Mr. Sears concentrates his practice in the area of litigation, trials and the defense of worker’s compensation claims and has tried cases in Indiana State and Federal Courts. He also serves as a lecturer for the Indiana Continuing Legal Education Forum on worker’s compensation topics. Additionally, he is involved in the representation of several insurance companies and businesses in a multitude of different types of cases including coverage issues, declaratory judgment actions, and general insurance defense litigation.
